1. Acceptance

These terms govern use of estatelink.com and related Estate Link services operated by Estate Link, a product of Onsharp. By using the site or services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk to the service.

3. Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer the service (except where prohibited by law from restricting that), misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service unlawfully. Firms are responsible for the lawfulness of content they enter about clients and matters.

4. Intellectual property

Estate Link and its software, branding, and site content are owned by Estate Link / Onsharp or its licensors. Firm customer data remains owned by the firm.

5. Third-party services

Integrations such as Microsoft 365, Dropbox, QuickBooks, and SMS providers are subject to those providers' terms. Estate Link is not responsible for third-party services.

6. SMS

If SMS is enabled, additional terms on the SMS Terms page apply to message recipients who opt in.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
