These SMS Terms apply when you opt in to receive text messages from your law firm through the Estate Link messaging platform.

Program description

your law firm may send transactional text messages about your inquiry or estate planning matter, including appointment reminders, payment or deposit links, document requests, and case status updates. Estate Link provides the technology used to send those messages.

Consent

Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. You must affirmatively opt in (for example by checking a box on a form, enabling SMS in the client portal, or giving verbal/written consent that staff records) before messages are sent.

Message frequency and rates

• Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out and help

You can cancel anytime by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact support@estatelink.com or (701) 356-9010.

Mobile information

Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Numbers are used only to deliver messages you consented to and to operate the messaging service (including our SMS provider).
